Who are we?
Berghoef Accountants en Adviseurs is active since 1920 and has been supporting entrepreneurs and businesses every since. Accountancy is ‘people business', so we focus on good relationships, client service and short accounts. We want to be reachable for you as much as possible.
We are public accountants, which is a protected title in the Netherlands. It takes years of study to become a public accountant and a number of years of practise. We are members of the Dutch accountancy boards and have to comply with the conditions of these boards, like peer review, quality control, independence regulations and we are subject to scrutiny from the special judge tribunal.
We won't get involved with activities or businesses that can't bear daylight. Straightforward, open and honest: that is the way we want to do business with you. Of course we will help you in the confines of the law to save on taxes and optimise your results. But we want our services to be above reproach.
